“Treasure Found is not just a book—it is a road map for navigating life’s
challenges with honesty, grace, grit, resilience, and acceptance.”
“To navigate life’s tumultuous terrain, we need courageous guides who have embarked on their own journey of self-discovery and are willing to delve into the uncharted terrain. In Treasure Found Faith Donaldson accomplishes just that by taking readers on an emotional journey into the dark and unfinished places of pain and hurt, only to emerge into a realm of profound self-discovery and empowerment.”
“With its wisdom and heartfelt storytelling, Treasure Found is essential reading for anyone seeking hope, healing, and redemption in the face of adversity. Faith Donaldson will guide you on a transformative journey to reclaim your own lost treasures, offering courage and grace as companions along the way.”
“This beautifully written book is authentic. Faith is not a superhero, but a fellow traveler who has had both victories and failures. She fearlessly shares both in a way that many will relate to. As a former educator and currently as a trauma-informed life coach, I will be sharing Treasure Found with the people I work with for years to come because it reaches the heart, not just the head.”

Excerpt
“I Leave Rich’s office, methodically moving toward the stair-case running up from the garden level to the first floor.
With each step, a numbing heaviness compresses my legs. My chest tightens; my breathing becomes increasingly shallow. My right hand grips the wooden railing that is currently the only tangible connection I have to reality. Whatever struck a chord within me during the therapy session is unclear, but an emotional storm is brewing. I’m agitated and uncomfortable. What is it? I wonder to myself. I head for the exit, reassuring myself that I am okay; I just need to get outside so I can breathe. Pushing the door open, I smell the fragrant mountain air. I pause to lift my head toward the sky, allowing the spring current to flow over my face. I inhale. For a Few brief moments, I believe I have made it to safety, away from the inner onslaught of emotions I am experiencing. I focus on my car in the parking lot. It becomes my goal, but I am unable to silence the message
that is increasing in urgency, on a loop within my mind: It is time. No more secrets.”
